Stunning location in the mountains
I chose this place because of the view of the pool with the gorgeous mountain backdrop, and it didn't disappoint. It was however, a bit too cold to jump into the water. I loved that the log fire was lit every night, and my husband made friends with the local, very friendly, four-legged cat brigade. They seemed to be well looked after but they also seemed to live under the accommodations and shoed away from the restaurant. I was mildly disappointed with the breakfast, but that's possibly because I'm not much of a fried-breakfast person, so I opted for the chicken soup and rice, and fresh fruit. That said, the dinners were great.
The menu was a bit limited. The hut we stayed in was clearly very old, with very creaky floors. It was impossible to go to the bathroom in the night without waking or being woken up.

The location is beautiful. Accommodation good. Peaceful and relaxing it did not feel " touristy" Accommodation is set out so that you feel private.We loved it. Will visit agai

Very Good
The setting is lovely. Grounds are very well kept. Dining area in main lodge is nicely done. A relaxing rustic retreat.
The website paints it to be a little more inclusive than it is. There were no performances or cultural activities as stated. Breakfast buffet was very sparse. I wish the staff was a little more experienced in dealing with guests and could speak/understand languages aside from Thai (if only to get an extra blanket when needed).
